Pine Labs is a public limited company organized under the laws of India and is the issuer of the Gift Cards. You may purchase Gift Cards through various options available on www.amazon.in corresponding mobile site and mobile application ("Amazon.in"), and also use Gift Cards provided to you by third parties in the manner provided hereunder. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.
2. A customer can add a maximum of INR 50,000 of Amazon Pay Gift cards in a calendar month.
3. The Add Gift Card to balance limit includes purchases from all sources.
4. Amazon reserves the right to modify this (Add Gift Card to balance) limit at any point of time.
5. ‘Add Gift Card to balance Limit’ resets at the beginning of each calendar month; a customer can resume adding Gift Card after this reset.
6. Amazon reserves the right to offer exceptions to the monthly claim limit based on specific corporate use cases.
