1. This is a Cello GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay and it would only be accepted on the Cello website at https://celloworld.com/
2. The person with the Cello GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
5. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
6. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. Once the GV/e-Pay has been added to the e-Pay balance, it can be redeemed at the Cello website.
8. Multiple Gift Vouchers can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
9. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
10. The GV/e-Pay can be used to buy discounted products.
11. Cello GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
12. Cello GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Cello may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
13. Only valid Cello GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Cello shall be accepted for redemption.
14. Any dispute related to the GV/e-Pay should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
15. Cello makes full efforts to accept GV/e-Pay but on account of any technical/administrative reasons, it may refuse to accept the same.
16. Cello/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
17. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
18. Cello/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
