1. This is an Elleven GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), and it is redeemable at all listed Elleven outlets.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
4. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing offers, including the end-of-season sale.
5. Multiple GV/GCs can be used against one bill.
6. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
7. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV/GC for making payments before billing.
8. Only listed Elleven outlets, at their sole discretion, accept the GV/GC. Elleven may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
9. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
10. Elleven/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
11. Elleven/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
12. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
13. The GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Elleven may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) at its sole discretion.
14. Elleven may choose not to honor the GV/GC due to technical or administrative reasons.
15. If GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
16. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
