1. This is a Hidesign GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) and can be redeemed across all Hidesign listed stores in India and online on the Hidesign website at https://hidesign.com/.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be used during sales.
4. Multiple GV/GCs can be used against one bill after it’s added to e-Pay balance.
5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
6. Once the GV/GC has been added to the e-Pay, it can be redeemed only at the website and not at any listed outlet.
7. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
8. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
9. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
10. The beneficiary should announce the intent of using the GV/GC before purchasing at the store.
11. Only valid GV/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Hidesign, will be accepted for redemption.
12. The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once expired.
13. Hidesign affiliates/GyFTR are not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
14. Any dispute related to the GV/e-Pay number should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
15. All terms and conditions of the GV/e-Pay are subject to change at Hidesign’s discretion.
16. The GV/GC can be redeemed for the face value as mentioned.
17. Hidesign makes full efforts to accept the GV/GC, but on account of any technical/administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
18. If a GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will get enabled in 72 hours.
