1. This is a Points for Good GV (Gift Voucher) and will be accepted only on the website at https://www.pointsforgood.org/. The GV will be sent to your registered email ID or phone number.
2. The person who has the GV is deemed to be the donor.
3. The GV can only be used to make donations on the Points for Good website.
4. Only one GV can be used per donation.
5. This is a one-time use GV. The remaining balance in the GV will be forfeited once the GV is redeemed.
6. Donations worth Rs. 500 and above are eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
7. The Tax Exemption Certificate (80G) will only be issued to donors who provide their PAN details to Points for Good at info@pointsforgood.org.
8. The GV is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
9. No credit note or refund will be issued for the unused amount of the GV. Any unused balance shall stand redeemed automatically.
10. The GV CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
11. Points for Good/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. If the GV gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be reactivated within 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after the GV is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same source within 48 hours.
13. Points for Good shall, on a best effort basis, attempt to accept the GV, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of Points for Good, the GV may not get accepted on the website, and Points for Good shall have no liability for the same.
14. Points for Good may choose not to honour the GV if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse, and is not required to explain such cases.
15. Points for Good/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Points for Good has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
16. Any dispute related to the GV should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
