1. This is a R&B GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted at the listed stores of Aldo, Charles & Keith, Call it Spring, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Inglot, Victoria's Secret, Victoria's Secret Beauty & Bath & Body Works.
2. The holder of the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
5. Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance. The maximum cumulative GV value that can be added to the e-Pay balance in 30 days is Rs. 25,000.
6. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
7. Only valid GV/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Apparel Group, shall be accepted for redemption.
8. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
9. The e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
10. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
11. Apparel Group/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. Apparel Group, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/e-Pay number or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
15. Apparel Group/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
