1. This is a Truefitt & Hill GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay, and it is redeemable at all the listed Truefitt & Hill stores.
2. The person having the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Beneficiaries should announce the intent of using the GV/e-Pay before making a purchase.
4. The GV/e-Pay is only applicable to paid services at Truefitt & Hill. It cannot be used for products, memberships, gift cards, or combo packages.
5. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
6. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the convenience of the holder.
7. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
8. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
9. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
10. Truefitt & Hill may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the GV/e-Pay.
11. The GV/e-Pay is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
12. GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be exchanged or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
13. GV/e-Pay will be accepted across all mentioned outlets, and at its sole discretion, Truefitt & Hill may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
14. Truefitt & Hill makes full efforts to accept all GV/e-Pay, but on account of technical or administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the GV/e-Pay.
15. The GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Truefitt & Hill may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
16. GyFTR/Truefitt & Hill or any of its partners would not be liable to pay any form of compensation on account of an outlet not being able to accept the GV/e-Pay. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
17. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
18. If the GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 hours.
19. Truefitt & Hill/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
20. Truefitt & Hill may choose not to honour the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and is not required to explain such cases.
21. Truefitt & Hill/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
