3. The holder of this GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
4. This is a one-time use GV/GC.
5. This GV/GC is not refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
6. Expired GV/GCs cannot be revalidated.
7. This GV/GC, along with valid Government ID proof in its original form or e-mail, must be presented at the time of availing the service.
8. Bookings for spa treatments are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Please contact the spa reception to help you with a consultation, booking, or any queries you might have while using your GV/GC.
9. In case you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, J Wellness Circle will try to accommodate you to the best of their ability. Your treatment time may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid any inconvenience to the next guest’s appointment.
10. J Wellness Circle /GyFTR is not liable for lost, stolen, or destroyed GV/GC and/or unauthorized usage of this GV/GC.
11. If GV/GC is blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 hours.
12. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the J Wellness Circle GV/GC has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
13. J Wellness Circle /GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
